Objective:Through exploring distribution of syndromes after gynecological malignancy radiation and analysing chemotherapical patient general condition with syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine (such as age, education, marital status, surgical treatment, etc.),the research puts forward the objective, common and relative standard of TCM syndrome classification, which provides evidences for clinical traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment on patients after gynecological malignancy radiation and chemotherapy,and offers help to improve patients’ quality of life.Methods:The survey is a disease (the Syndrome type) diagnostic tests. Spread from the modern medical diagnostic test methods.The blinded comparison and evaluation of new syndromes diagnosis when the standard diagnostic methods (the type of evidence in existing literature) in the existing literature.The questionnaires are designed by accessing to relative articles and clinical observation, consult tutor clinical experience and expert opinions;173cases are collected in Sichuan cancer hospital from February to December,2012;Using EpiData3.1for data entry and check, statistical datas are analysis by SPSS17.0statistical software packages, cluster analysis, frequency analysis, nonparametric test,the conclusion are drawn finally.Results:Among the172cases of patients after gynecological malignant tumor radiation and chemotherapy:cervical cancer accounted for94.19%(162cases), intrauterine membrane carcinoma accounted for2.91%(5cases), uterine leiomyosarcoma accounted for1.16%(2cases), genitalcancer accounted for1.16%(2cases), cervical stump cancer accounted for0.58%(1case).TCM syndrome are classified into five types, in which the1st type was liver and kindey yin deficiency pattern,the2nd type was spleen and kindey yang deficiency pattern,the3rd type was spleen and stomach weakness pattern,the4th type was qi stagnate and spleen deficiency pattem,the5th type was qi and blood deficiency pattern. Liver and kindey yin deficiency pattern (44cases, accounting for25.6%) which is the most common one, followed by spleen and kindey yang deficiency pattern(42cases, accounting for24.4%),spleen and stomach weakness pattern(39cases, accounting for22.7%),qi stagnate and spleen deficiency pattern(29cases, accounting for16.9%) and qi and blood deficiency pattern(18cases, accounting for10.5%).The distribution regularity of TCM syndromes have no significant with MBI,marriage,number of births,number of abortion,course of Radiotherapy treatment,Radiotherapy method,course of chemotherapy treatment,The route of administration of chemotherapy,days after chemotherapy,educational level,occupation(P>0.05), and had Statistically significant with age.Conclusion:The distribution regularity of TCM syndromes about gynecological malignancies during-after the radiotherapy and chemotherapy patient showed the most common pattern was liver and kindey yin deficiency,followed by spleen and kindey yang deficiency pattern,spleen and stomach weakness pattern,qi stagnate and spleen deficiency pattern and qi and blood deficiency pattern.The distribution had no relation with MBI, marriage,number of births,number of abortion,course of Radiotherapy treatment,Radiotherapy method,course of chemotherapy treatment,The route of administration of chemotherapy,days after chemotherapy,educational level,occupation,but had relation with age.
