Objective:To detect the expression of DcR3in endometriosis, So as to investigate the pathogenesis of endometriosis.To study the expression of DcR3in eutopic endometrium ectopic endometrium in endometriosis and the levels in peritoneal fluid and blood serum and to get a better understanding of the roles of DcR3in the occurrence and development of endometriosis.Methods:The expressions of DcR3in the eutopic endometrium, ectopic endometrium in endometriosis and normal endometrium were detected by immunohistochemical method;DcR3in the PF and blood serum of the study group and controlled group were determined by E LISA.Result:(1)The expression level of DcR3in ectopic endometrium and eutopic endometrium of endometriosis were obviously higher than that in normal endometrium (P<0.05). The expression level of DcR3in ectopic endometrium was obviously higher than that in eutopic endometrium (P<0.05).(2) The expression level of DcR3in secretory period was obviously higher than that in hyperplasia period in eutopic endometrium、normal endometrium→the serum and peritoneal fluid of the study and control group respectively(P<0.05).(3)The expression level of DcR3in the serum and peritoneal fluid of the study group were higher than those in the serum and peritoneal fluid of the control group (P<0.05);(4) The expression level of DcR3in stage Ⅲ~Ⅳ was significantly higher than that in stage Ⅰ~Ⅱ of endometriosis(P<0.05).Conclusion:(1)The expression level of DcR3in endometriosis was obviously higher than that the control group, which suggest that DcR3may play a role in the pathogenesis;(2) The expression of DcR3was correlated with the menstrual cycle;(3)The expression level of DcR3was correlated with the clinical stages,which suggest that it may be involved in the development of endometriosis.
