research object, respectively tested the general information questionnaire, self rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),depression self rating scale(SDS),family function evaluation table(FAD),social support scale(SSRS),the results were compared with the national norm,Statistical analysis and processing was performed using SPSS20.0 statistical software, the statistical methods including descriptive statistics, one sample t-test.card square test, rank sum test.Pearson correlation analysis etc.Results:1.A total of 300 questionnaires,300 were recovered, the recovery rate of 100%.of which 300 valid questionnaires, efficiency of 100%.2.Comparison of anxiety evaluation results in infertile women with the national norm, the difference was significant(P<0.05).as the mean rank of infertile women group anxiety evaluation results was larger than that of the national norm group,so infertile women existed anxiety problems.3.There was significant(P<0.05)differences in the infertility women's depression psychological problems.4.The family function evaluation total score of infertile women was130.16 + 17.33,Comparing subscales problem solving, communication, roles, emotional response, emotional infertile women self rating depression/Anxiety Scale scores by using the Kruskal-Wallis rank test, the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),so age can't be the influential factors of anxiety and depression of infertile women.9.Whether culture degree, occupation, family monthly income, duration of infertility had influence to the occurrence of anxiety and depression of infertile women by using chi-square test. Results showed, family monthly income had influence to the occurrence of anxiety and depression of infertile women, the difference was statistical significance(P<0.05).duration of infertility had no influence to the occurrence of anxiety and depression of infertile women, the difference wasn't statistical significance(P>0.05),but cultural level, occupation only had influence to the occurrence of anxiety of infertile women, the difference was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.There are problems of anxiety and depression in infertile women.2.The family function in infertile women is lower than that of national norm, and it is positively correlated with psychological status.3.The social support score, subjective support, objective support and utilization of
