| Objective: This thesis reflect different clinical medicines applying by comparingthe differences of pain incidence rate, postoperation pain level,curative effect betweenthe Root Canal Disinfectant of microwave disinfection and Calcium Hydroxide.Methods: Clinically random selects20cases of acute apical periodontitis. Requiregood health, no history of drug allergy.Through clinical examination and X-ray, wedefine diagnosis acute apical periodontitis. We get rid of some diseases like root canalcalcificationã€periodontitisã€cracked tooth and so on. First time: we determine theworking length through X-ray. Open the pulp chamber through a fissure bur, removeinfected necrotic dental pulp tissue. Clean root canal，open it3days by clove oil cottonball. After3days, acute symptom are remissions. Then clean and dry the root canal. Wecarry out root expanding by the certain length. The treatment group:We put theappropriate longitudinal microwave radiation needle into the root canal. Then start theswitch using30w and3s about3times. After that put the catton ball in the pulpchamber and temporary close the pulp chamber. The calcium hydroxide group: put theroot canal disinfectant of calcium hydroxide in the canal and temporary close the pulpchamber. After a week, if there is no endodontic interappointment emergencies (IAE)happening, we dry it and fill with gutta-percha and paste.Tell patients timely visit if there is any pain or swelling during the seal time. If thesymptom is lighter,it need clean again. If the symptom is heavy, open it3days byputting clove oil cotton ball in the pulp chamber.Results: In IAE incidence rate, The treatment group is10%, The calciumhydroxide group is20%. But the difference has no meaning statistically (P>0.05).Inpain level, The two teams have no difference statistically (P>0.05).Conclusions: In the root canal disinfection，the two teams used microwavedisinfection and calcium hydroxide, result show there are no difference statistically inIAE incidence rate and pain level. |
