Objectives This study by analyzing the status of health resources in An huiProvince,understand the current allocation of health resources in An hui mainproblem.Then use Lorenz curves and Gini coefficient of health manpower, materialand financial resources and the geographical distribution of the population-depthanalysis of the fairness to find problems to make reasonable suggestions.For thegovernment and related departments to develop regional health planning,supportingpolicies and measures to provide reference.Better for the people to provideappropriate health services, medical and health undertakings in An hui Province topromote coordinated and sustainable development.Methods Using literature research, descriptive research and quantitative researchmethods to analyze the status of health resources in An hui Province.Using the Lorenzcurve and the Gini coefficient to Analysis of An hui province from2010to2012health human resources, health and material resources, and2009to2011healthfinancial resources and geographic distribution of population fairness.Results (1)human resources for health:total rose steadily,increase in the total30,769students and technical personnel, including practicing (assistant)10912rising numberof physicians, registered nurses, rising18,492people, doctors and nurses, healthtechnicians accounted for the growth of the total growth of95.6%.Nearly three years,An hui health technicians, physicians, nurses Gini coefficient by population and bygeographical distribution showed a downward trend,three indicators by populationand geographical distribution of the Gini coefficient is less than0.3critical value,fairness are good, and the An hui Provincial Health Human Resources fairness of thedistribution of the population according to geographic distribution significantly betterthan the fairness.(2) health and material resources:various health institutions in therise of total,for example, the number of hospitals, clinics that number in2012compared to2008increased by210and78,2012, the province’s total of23,278kindsof medical and health institutions, the number of beds222283, of which1,384township hospitals, community health service centers (stations)1948.An hui Provincefrom2010to2012the number of beds to population and geographic distribution, theGini coefficient is less than the critical value of0.3, according to the geographicaldistribution of the population distribution Gini coefficient is higher than the Ginicoefficient.(3) financial resources for health:2008-2012, An hui health care spendingfrom2008to10,384,420,000yuan to2012of31,939,390,000yuan,health carespending accounted for the proportion of local fiscal expenditure also increased yearby year, from the6.3%growth in2008to8.06%in2012.2009-2011An hui cities percapita health care spending by the Gini coefficient of distribution of populationcontinued to decline sharply, fairness is better;by geographical distribution, the Gini coefficient at the height of the fair state, significantly better than the fairness of thedistribution of the population.Conclusions Allocation of health resources in An hui Province uneven betweenregions, cities more significant gap between.Human resources in health,In addition tophysicians and nurses and other health professionals outside and non-medicalpersonnel slower growth,And health care is far from a serious imbalance in theproportion of national standards.Health and material resources,In recent years, healthagencies continue to enrich the total,but for medical research institutions such asinadequate investment.Financial resources in health,health care spending over thefiscal increasing year by year and accounts for the proportion of local generalexpenditure increased year after year.
