A Clinical Study Of The Fuyuan Huoxue Tang On The Treatment Of Postoperative Swelling Shaft Of Femur Fractures

Purpose: To investigate the curative effect of fuyuan huoxue tang on the treatment ofpostoperative pain and swelling of shaft of femur fractures.Method: since2011September to2012September in our hospital,60patients with femoral shaft fracturepatients after operation, were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30cases intreatment group,30cases in the control group. No significant difference was found between the two groupswas significant (P>0.05). The treatment group was given Fuyuan Huoxue Decoction, control group wasgiven removing stop (melilotus extract tablet) treatment, the two groups were recorded after limb swellingand improve overall efficiency and the degree of pain and treatment.Result:5and7days after surgery, degree of swelling in the treatment group and control group inpatients, the treatment group and control group data there was no significant difference (P>0.05);7and10days after surgery, the treatment group and control group in patients with the swelling degree of significantdifferences (P <0.05).7and10days after surgery, two groups have significant differences in total effectiverate of treatment (P <0.05).Conclusion: The curative effect on the postoperative pain and swelling of shaft of femurof the fuyuan huo xue tang were satisfactory, there was no side effect in the research.
