Along with the national standard of living rise, people gradually increaseddemand for health.The number of people who would like to seek medical careis on the rise, with the most significant increase in the number of patients ingeneral three A-level hospitals. Hospitals are overcrowded, and the medicalworks are under great working pressure. Because of the fact that medicaltreatment is difficult and expensive, the doctor-patient contradiction isbecoming more and more serious. Under this condition, the number ofsub-health people increases every year. If we can control sub-health from theperspective of psychological and social factors, stop it from developing intochronic diseases, the chance of contracting all kinds of chronic diseases inmedical works can be reduced and the health status can be improved. Thus,they can better serve the patients. Therefore, the study on the sub-healthstatus and influencing factors of the staff in three A-level hospitals hasimportant theoretical and practical significance.ObjectiveTo study the sub-health condition of the staff in a three A-level hospital inShenyang city and discover the factors that influence the condition. Findcountermeasures and methods, provide references for improving the healthstatus of the staff in the three A-level hospital in Shenyang city.Subjects and MethodsThis study used cluster sampling method to measure the general healthcondition, sub-health status of the sample staff in a three A-level hospital inShenyang city from September2012to February2013. Establish a databasewith EPIData3.1and adopt sPssl7.0software for statistical processing. Thestatistical methods include: descriptive analysis, t test, analysis of variance,regression analysis.ResultAn analysis of the sub-health status of the staff in the three A-level hospital in Shenyang City. The points scored in each subscale, in descendingorder, Physical sub-health (10.14±7.90), Psychological sub-health (5.38±4.512), social sub-health (3.25±2.536), with Sub-health score (18.76±13.438). To divide the questionnaires into different groups according to gender,nationality, marital status, education background, occupation and income. Thecomparison of subscales and total score of the age, education background,occupation and income groups have shown statistical significance (P<0.05).Different groups according to age and BMI, the results show that physicalscale, the psychological scale, the social scale and sub-health scores betweenall have significant difference (P<0.01); In terms of drinking, it has significantstatistical difference in the physiological subscale (P<0.05); To go throughMultivariate stepwise regression analysis, Gender, age, title, income, workinghours, whether smoking, drinking, night shift and working environment are leadto the risk factors of sub-health (P<0.05).Conclusions1. The standard score of the four fields in the sub-health conditionquantitative measurement table of the staff in the three A-level hospital inShenyang City is (18.76±13.438) points, indicating that the staff is undermedium sub-health condition. Physical health problems in the digestive system,the area before the heart is unwell, cold symptoms, weight loss; Mentalsub-health problem is given priority to with spirit, energy, depression, memoryloss, Social and health problems to communicate with friends, relatives andfriends and less work and living environment adaptability.2. The symptoms of sub-health are more obvious in the older, high bodymass index, poor marital status, low educational background, high title andhigh income staff of hospital. The symptoms are also obvious in those who arein bad habits of drinking, working long hours and lacking exercise. Sub-healthhas significant difference in nursing and medical, clinical and functions, internalmedicine and surgery, emergency and outpatient. The score of self-ratinghealthy is positively correclated with sub-health.3. We draw a conclusion that gender, age, job title, income, working hours,drinking habit, working department, and night shift are all factors that can leadto sub-health. According to the above conclusion, it can provide evidence for healthmanagement model about the prevention and treatment sub-health in threeA-level hospita and further to prevent inferior health chronic diseasedevelopment, guarantee the physical and mental health of hospital staff.
