Curaitve Effect Of Zi Ni Xing Pi Yang Wei Tang Enema Treatment On Children With Antibiotic Associated Diarrhea

Objective: Research amuse oneself nourishing the stomach soup treatment the curativeeffect of antibiotic associated diarrhea (spleen and stomach weakness).Method:In the second affiliated hospital of shandong university of TCM in March2012toMarch2012were hospitalized children were studied. Will conform to the cases included inthe standard of antibiotic associated diarrhea (spleen and stomach weakness syndrome)patients were divided into treatment group and control group, treatment group was givenamuse oneself, nourishing the stomach soup treatment control group given butyric acidbacteria living bacterium treatment. Observed two groups of children with treatment1day,3day, six days after the changes in the number of diarrhea and the cure rate of6days.Adopts complete cases of statistics, the statistical results with SPSS16.0statistical softwarefor statistical mean and standard deviation of the group, group comparison betweenmeasurement data using t test, counting data by chi-square test, rank and inspection, P <0.05for the difference was statistically significant.Results:60cases of hospital antibiotic associated diarrhea of children, children withtreatment group26cases had marked effect,4cases were effective, ineffective0cases,total effective rate was86.67%. Control group with12cases were markedly effective,effective15cases,3had no effect, total effective rate40%. The treatment group andcontrol group with significant difference (P=0.00<0.01).Conclusion:TCM (amuse oneself nourishing the stomach soup) treatment of pediatricantibiotic associated diarrhea (spleen and stomach weakness) the curative effect is superiorto pure western medicine treatment (live bacteria, butyric acid bacteria spread). Providesclinical treatment of pediatric antibiotic associated diarrhea with Chinese herbal medicine.
