The Clinical Research For The Postoperation Patients Of The Phaseâ…¡, â…¢ Stomach Cancer By The Chemotherapy With Strenthening Spleen And Nourishing The Stomach

Research purpose:to assess the individual therapy by strengthening the spleen and nourishing the stomachs the main method, which is with the improved condition for the phase Ⅱ，Ⅲ stomach cancer of postoperative Disease free survival,recurrence and metastasis rates,life quality and Chemotherapy Poisonous Reaction.Research method:to clinic observation two groups for255patients of the phase II, Ⅱ，Ⅲ stomach cancer, experimental group (Guishao Six-Noble Drug Decoction combined with folfox4)115cases, control group (pure chemotherapy)140cases, to compare disease free survival, life quality score under the situation of the clinic and laboratory efficacy.Research results:statistically, the half year as well as one year recurrence rate of the experiment group is lower than the control group.The disease free survival of the experimental group and the control group is6.5months and7months, statistically insignificant after examination (P>0.05). Life quality:the social function field difference for the experiment group after3month therapy is significant (P<0.05); the function field and the nausea field of for the experiment group after6month therapy is significant (P<0.05).Bone marrow suppression:the rate of the bone marrow suppression for the experiment group after3month therapy is lower than the control group, but statistically insignificant after examination (P>0.05) the rate of the bone marrow suppression for the experiment group after6month therapy is lower than the control group, with the statistical difference after examination (P<0.05). TCM syndromes:the total effective rate for the experiment group after6month therapy is better than3month therapy, with statistic significance (P<0.05). The experiment group is more effective than the control group after6month therapy, with statistic significance (P<0.05)Research conclusions:The therapy of strengthening the spleen and nourishing the stomach, to some extent can helps the patients under the phase Ⅱ，Ⅲ stomach cancer to reduce six months, one year recurrence and metastasis rates, improve the life quality, release the side effects of chemotherapy.
