Clinical Effect Observation And QT Dispersion Of The Treatment Of Ventricular Premature Beat Of Coronary Heart Disease By Supplementing Qi And Nourishing Yin

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of the combination of invigorating qi and nourishing Yin in the treatment of premature ventricular contractions(PVCS)of coronary heart disease(CHD),preliminarily explore its mechanism of action,and provide clinical thinking and reference for the prevention and treatment of PVCS by combining Traditional Chinese and western medicine.Methods:According to the prescribed inclusion and exclusion criteria,68 patients with premature ventricular beats(qI-Yin deficiency)were recruited from January 2019 to December 2019,and randomly divided into treatment group and control group,34 patients each.The control group was given bisoprolol and the treatment group was given bisoprolol combined with qi-nourishing method.The treatment period was 4 weeks.The changes of TCM symptom scores,ventricular premature beat frequency,mean heart rate,QTmax,QTmin and QTd before and after treatment in the two groups were observed and recorded,and their safety and adverse reactions were evaluated.Results:1.TCM symptom score:After treatment,TCM symptom score was significantly reduced in both groups(P<0.01);Compared with the control group,the reduction in the treatment group was more significant(P<0.05).2.Total efficacy of TCM syndromes:After treatment,the total effective rate of TCM clinical syndromes in the treatment group was 94.12%;The control group was 70.59%;Compared with the control group,the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).3.VPBs frequency:After treatment,VPBs frequency of dynamic ecg in both groups was significantly decreased(P<0.01).Compared with the control group,the reduction in the treatment group was more significant and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).4.Total efficacy of VPBs:After treatment,the total effective rate of VPBs in the treatment group was 88.24%.The control group was 67.65%.C ompared with the control group,the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).5.QTmax,QTmin,QTd and mean HR:After treatment,QTmax and QTd were reduced in both groups(P<0.01).Compared with the control group,the reduction in the treatment group was more significant(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in QTmin and mean HR between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).6.In terms of safety,there were no adverse reactions or abnormal laboratory indicators related to the experimental drugs in both groups.Conclusion:1.The combination prescription of promoting Qi and nourishing Yin can improve the TRADITIONAL Chinese medicine symptoms of patients with premature ventricular beats(qi-Yin deficiency)of coronary heart disease,reduce the frequency of premature ventricular beats,have significant clinical efficacy and high safety.2.The combination of supplementing Qi and nourishing Yin can improve the QT interval in patients with premature ventricular beats of CORONARY heart disease(qI-Yin deficiency),and reduce the QT dispersion in cardiac repolarization,which is worthy of in-depth study and promotion.
