The aim of this experimental study in elderly patients with type2diabetesexercise intervention, discuss the different load levels of resistance training andaerobic impact on the body proportion differences and differences, discover and solvesome exercise therapy in type2diabetes problems, type2diabetes prevention andcontrol, rehabilitation and treatment to provide effective ways and means. Methods: In this study, Integrative Medicine Hospital of Jiangsu Province inelderly type2diabetic patients as experimental subjects, on36middle-aged patientswith type2diabetes, exercise intervention. Monitoring body for their participation inresistance-aerobic training produced the changes of different load levels of resistancetraining and aerobic ratio in elderly patients with type2diabetes, blood sugar, bloodlipids, body composition and other indicators of impact. Results: After the experiment combined aerobic training group both highresistance and low resistance combined aerobic training FBG,2hPBG,HbAlc afterthe experiment there was a significant change (P <0.01); both high resistance oxygencombined training group, low-resistance aerobic exercise combined training groupimmediately before and after a single blood glucose was significantly lower (P <0.05);high resistance combined aerobic training group of HDL-C, there was a significantincrease of the (P <0.01), TG were significantly lower (P <0.05); highly resistant toaerobic training group combined weight, BMI, muscle mass was significantlyincreased (P <0.01); low resistance aerobic muscle groups for joint training there wasa significant amount of increase (P <0.01), body weight was significantly increased (P<0.05), BMI, body fat percentage, fat mass decreased significantly (P <0.05).Conclusion:1.In this study, the exercise program developed type2diabeteseffect is more optimistic, experimental results demonstrate compliance exercisephysiology exercise program schedule features.2.the subject of making exerciseprescription can effectively control and reduce type2diabetes blood sugar levels.3.the subject of sports programs on the development of some indicators haveimproved blood lipids, suggesting that resistance training can effectively control thecombined aerobic and type2diabetes to improve blood lipid levels.4. low resistancecombined aerobic training on reducing fat, increase muscle composition effect isobvious, therefore this project developed exercise program can promote the bodycomposition of the subjects in the right direction.
