Since the reform and opening up, China’s medical career in strong support of the government has made considerable development. Not only reflected in the sharp increase in the level of medical services, and the gradual improvement of the performance of the medical service mechanism. In recent years, with the advent of the knowledge-based economy, the medical services market competition is becoming increasingly fierce, how to mobilize the work enthusiasm of the medical staff, improve the market competitiveness of the hospital became the focus of major hospital administrators. SD Hospital is a medical-equipped, the level of medical services and higher secondary level general hospitals. Hospital for more than40years of development history has accumulated considerable experience in hospital management. But the past two years, subject to the impact of market competition, the public reflect clinicians are not enthusiastic, and even the loss of core physician serious, hospital clinicians pay system survey. In this context, the system of the SD hospital Clinicians pay-depth analysis and research is necessary to improve the actual situation.Firstly, the full text of the study background, purpose and significance of elaborate analysis and compensation management research status at home and abroad were reviewed, combing theoretical research progress related pay system design, for later SD hospital remuneration system improvements theory foundation. The survey results show that the current pay system for hospital clinicians there are serious problems, mainly in the lack of internal fairness, clinicians are not enthusiastic about the work, they also do not have external competition, resulting in staff turnover occurs. Mainly due to the clinician positions relative unknown value, salary by job level and administrative level has seriously dampened the enthusiasm for the work of the grassroots excellent doctors, and at the same time, performance appraisal mere formality combat clinicians working enthusiasm. Problems developed ideas and programs that pay for improvement:First elements of demerits hair all clinicians job evaluation, to determine the relative value of different jobs, and provide the basis for the determination of the basic wage; open in external remuneration surveys determine the overall pay levels of the hospital, such remuneration with market competitiveness. And then determine the remuneration of the overall level and duties of the value on the basis of clinician’s salary structure design, redesign welfare remuneration. In final assessment of the effect of the implementation of the new pay system, in order to find further improvements of the new pay system.Draw conclusions on the SD hospital clinician’s remuneration system improvements. First, the clinician is the first line of the hospital workers; the special nature of the work, its remuneration system must be done to the unity of the internal fairness and external competitiveness. Secondly, the design of the compensation system should be based on a wide range of internal investigations and external investigations done reasoned. Finally, improved pay system can be a good solution to the SD hospitals pay administration, which is one of the conclusions of this study.
