Assess The Influence On Coronary Artery Stenosis To The Changement Of Left Ventricular Function Parameters By DSCT

Objective: There are coronary heart diseases in male patients who proved by theclinical diagnosis,to study the relationship between their coronary stenosis, count andstenosis and the changement of left ventricular function index (LVEF, LVSV, LVMM) byDual-source computed tomography. METHODS:77patients underwent dual-sourcecomputed tomography(DSCT) coronary artery angiography, analyze the coronary stenosisby using Circulation software, and calculate left ventricular myocardial Quality (MM), leftventricular stroke output quantity (SV), left ventricular ejection fraction (EF) values byusing CT Cardiac Function software To study the relationship between the degree ofcoronary stenosis, stenosis count, different single-artery stenosis and the changement ofLVEF, LVMM, LVSV index. RESULTS: LVEF, LVMM and LVSV are significantlydifferent between mild or severe groups and between middle and severe groups andbetween single and three-branch groups and between two-branch and three-branchgroups(P<0.05). However, There are no statistically difference for LVEF and LVSVbetween mild and middle groups and between single and two branch groups(P>0.05), butLVMM is statistically different(P<0.05). Only the values of LVEF, LVMM, LVSV inLAD group showe statistically different when single branch manifesting mild and severecoronary stenosis(P<0.05). CONCLUSIONS: The more severer stenosis and stenoticbranches in coronary artery,the more severer left ventricular dysfunction among them.The stenosis of LAD has most significantly impact on Left ventricular function. LVMMhas more early indicators of changes.than LVEF, LVSV.
