In this paper, social work intervention perspective, select the Nanjing Amity Child Development Center for the investigation of land, has used literature research and depth interviews, on demand services for children with autism, parents of children with autism on the center and rehabilitation training teachers for in-depth Interview. To further enrich the survey data, the author designed the "needs of children with autism Survey" questionnaire, parents of children with autism to the center issued a questionnaire to further understand the current status of services for children with autism and problems.On the demand based on the investigation, the author uses the resource advantages of their enterprises, from the perspective of social support, design, join ’Ed, caring Special Children "charity project to social enterprises and social welfare resources and mutual assistance social interventions to promote Nanjing Professional autism rehabilitation agencies-Child Development Center and Nanjing Amity US-Austrian company to achieve resource docking. Parents were around the entire project, rehabilitation agencies to carry out projects both units practice, the author summarizes and evaluate social work intervention before and after the program, attempts to social intervention, the integration of community service resources to improve the plight of children with autism social support.Needs assessment and project combines practical results, to reflect on the whole research process and summarized, and social workers in the community to support children with autism intervention diverse ways for further discussion, put forward countermeasures and suggestions to better improve our autistic children social support system to help them to increase their ability to adapt to society, to better integrate into society, to achieve self-worth.
