Results from the statistical analysis of127questionnairees show that, the gender, age, culture degree and the use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides of respondents are all the Influence factors of farmers’ ecological repayment willingness. The Logistic duality regression technique was used to examine the influential factors of the willingness of farmers. The use of fertilizers and pesticides were reduced50%give minimum impact to the environment an household. The rice planting farmers in Wuhan city don’t understand the ecological compensation account for81.90%of the total number of surveyed. Without use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides,14.96%of the total number of farmers are willing to participate in basic farmland ecological compensation. Interviewed farmers according to paddies cultivation cost and participate in basic farmland ecological compensation after stop using chemical fertilizers and pesticides, especially to stop using pesticides production brought about by the proposed minimum payments willingness.400yuan or less accounts for30.71%of the respondents; Accounted for54.33%of the total between401-700yuan. And this part of the respondents’ willingness to compensate mostly concentrated in the500-600of this section;700yuan of above with19people, accounting for14.96%.According to the surveyed households’ willingness for payments, By using surveyed households’ willingness in Wuhan obtain that under the condition of completely without using chemical fertilizers and pesticides in the highest compensation standard is1174yuan/mu per year. According cost method, the lowest limit of ecological compensation of rice covered area of basic farm in Wuhan is10yuan/mu every year. so we determine the compensation standard in420-1174yuan/mu every year.
