Boom sprayer is a kind of agricultural chemicals, is driven by the tractor operation,which has high efficiency, good quality of spraying, spray volume, spray formulations forvarious uniform etc., it is widely used in field crops, turf, nursery and special occasions.Air-assisted boom sprayer adds a bag is used to prevent the droplet drift, generally speaking,gas assisted machine operating power type spray rod spraying is provided by the tractor oilpump, which mainly comprises a fan, fan motor, pump, diaphragm pump motor, liftingdevice and a variety of control valve etc.AMESim (Advanced Modeling Environment forPerforming Simulations of Engineering Systems) is a new type of engineering simulationsoftware, mainly for the real modeling environment simulation control object. compared toother software, Modeling based on the graphic and a variety of engineering design softwarepackage provided by the modeling and simulation software has great advantage; the hydraulicsimulation software package contains a lot of common hydraulic components, hydraulic andhydraulic pipeline, the software in the process of establishing digital model of the hydraulicsystem in full consideration of the nonlinear characteristics of the physical characteristics ofhydraulic oil and hydraulic components of the construction of the wind machine motor inAMESim through this topic.The tractor pump as the power source, and the hydraulic system design of air-assistedboom sprayer components required calculation, including the fan motor, pump motor,hydraulic cylinder, three position four way electromagnetic valve and proportional flow valve,execute components of the system are all of the use of hydraulic drive, the machine has asimpler structure and convenient control; use of SolidWorks drawing frame boom sprayerand characteristics of tools using SolidWorks with the analysis of its size and qualitycharacteristics, and then calculates the parameters of the components; design and constructthe spray rod spraying machine hydraulic system model in AMESim, and gives thesimulation parameters and reasonable results, with the output torque, flow rate, rotationalspeed and hydraulic cylinder action time etc. as the research focus,coupled analysis of therelationship between the fan motor, pump motor, a lifting oil cylinder three, provide theoretical basis and research support for the development of active control system ofprecision spraying; finally, through the indoor experiment validates the wind bag action time,air flow speed below30cm wind speed and the lifting cylinder meets the designrequirements.
