Abstract: Currently, with the continuous enlargement of aquaculture in China, theTotal breeding ranks first in the world. Most of the mariculture in our country at present isin offshore waters, the intensive offshore aquaculture has brought a lot of farming andenvironmental issues. This stage, some counties which has developed aquaculture andChina are developing deep-sea cage culture positively to alleviate the pressure of theoffshore aquaculture and improve the offshore environment. Not only can Deep-seaaquaculture ease the offshore farming environment, but also it can improve the farmingquality of fish. But the Deep-sea aquaculture also faces many problems. For example,anti-wave cages, the impact deep waters environment has on fish, and the complexity ofcage culture operations and so forth. These Various problems are all to be solved bydeep-sea cage culture. Through researching some of the existing cage, analyzing variousadvantages and disadvantages of deep-sea cages comprehensively, this paper has designeda kind of navigation lifting deep-sea cages, which may adapt to a variety of poor farmingenvironment better, I have also analyzed the hydraulic operating system, using AMESimhydraulic simulation software. This paper has designed and researched the hydraulic system of navigation liftingdeep-sea cages, its main contents are as follows:(1)Though analyzing the status of deep-sea cage culture currently, I have understoodthe problems and advantages of deep-sea cages. This Article has taken a square cage as thecarrier to design a new kind of navigation lifting deep-sea cages, and has done someresearch on its hydraulic system, which has a positive effect on the development of cageculture.(2) I have designed the main structure of the cages with reference to the existingsquare cages, and have designed a variety of breeding patterns of cages to determine theirspecific marine environment in which it can be used, The overall structure of the cage areanalyzed in stress in selected marine environment, which can estimate force of the totalMarine environment on the cages. (3) Hydraulic system of cages has been analyzed synthetically:1) the choices of thevarious parts of hydraulic system loop in cage, speed control mode selection and the designof the hydraulic pump station.2) The design of main circuit of hydraulic system.3) Theselection of hydraulic components parameters, mainly hydraulic pumps, hydraulic motors, propellers and Relief.(4)This paper has analyzed the hydraulic system of cages by the use of AMESimhydraulic analysis software to verify the correctness of the system design and analyze thesystem changes when the cages resistance changes. It has also studied how the eachparameter of system change can influence on the whole cage.
