| Xinjiang is a big province of China’s cotton cultivation and cotton-producing,the cotton picker is widely used because of the needs of rapid development of modernagriculture and agricultural mechanization development of new technologies. In theliberation of labor and improve efficiency at the same time, the cotton picker in thecluster and cross-operating also put forward new demands, the cotton picker morefocus on spanned transitions, location information service, condition informationcollection, the operating area of statistics, emergency alarm functions.Precisionagriculture has become the new trend of development of modern agriculture,3Stechnology has been widely used, so it is possible of cotton picker’s locationinformation service on agricultural machinery, working conditions informationacquisition, the operating area of statistics, emergency alarm monitoring.In this paper, based on the actual needs of the job of the cotton picker machine inthe cluster and spanned vehicle monitoring terminal, the application of modernelectronic and information technology to design a highly targeted of cotton pickervehicle monitoring terminal. And verified by experiments on a cotton picker.Thedesign is divided into three parts,hardware design, software design and experimentalvalidation.1,Conbine the embedded system design ideas in the hardware design, includingselection of the main modules of the microprocessor, GPS module, GPRS modulechip, information acquisition circuit, LED display circuit, JTAG circuit, power supplycircuit and peripheral circuit design. And draw the schematic and PCB diagram of thehardware as a whole.2,Software design using μC/OS-Ⅱoperating system,and enhance the portabilityof the system; programming using C language, to enhance the readability of thesystem; data transfer uses the GPRS transmission mode, enhanced system stabilityand economy. Software programming including GPS receiver program, GPRS sendand cotton picker data acquisition module, at the same time to develop the appropriatecommunication protocol, proposed a statistical cotton picker operating area.3,The design of cotton picker vehicle monitoring terminal system testing anddebugging on the cotton picker of Western Xinjiang Silver Machinery company.Theresults showed that: terminal met the design requirements, can be achieved locationservices, working conditions information collection,operating area of statistics, thescreen display and other functions. Terminal basic data is sent to the monitoringcenter,in the monitoring center can remotely monitor the trajectory of the cottonpicker, work status, and other information can be released to the manipulator hand theoperating instructions and provide the necessary services. |
