| China is the world largest cotton production country,cotton production mechanization is the development trend of cotton production.Cotton picker as the cotton harvesting machinery,owing to its complex structure and many components,only internal GuiHang cotton picker is competing with foreign John Deere and Case cotton picker.Because of the low level of informatization in agricultural machinery in China and foreign enterprises blocked the domestic cotton picker technology,so the information level of the domestic cotton picker is far behind the foreign cotton picker.MRO is a manufacturing service activities generic of the product for various maintenance,service,extensive refit and operation in the use and maintenance stage,and becomes an important component in the product lifecycle.In order to improve the information level of domestic cotton picker and make the way of cotton picker operation,service,maintenance activities from the traditional way to the information way.Based on MRO platform,puts forward the key components of cotton picker MRO system for cotton picker production and supervise enterprises,and the key components of cotton picker MRO monitoring terminal system for its services are in-depth studied and designed.To provide the key components of operation data for the key components of cotton picker MRO system.The research carried out in this paper are as follows:1.The working and fault conditions of the key components of cotton picker are analyzed,the frequency of occurrence of each fault are analyzed statistically,and introducing the key conception to determine the key components of the cotton picker.Meanwhile,to determine the expressing physical quantities of the key components of cotton picker conditions,analyzed physical quantities of the key components working principle and the characterization of the cotton picker conditions.2.According to the demand analysis,analyzing the function of the key components of the cotton picker MRO monitoring terminal system.Based on the demand analysis of the monitoring terminal,the hardware of the monitoring terminal is overall designed.On the basis of monitoring terminal function,the modules of the monitoring terminal are selected and the interface circuit is designed,including processor module,positioning module,data collection module,alarm module,wireless communication module etc.;3.Under the functional machine software designing principles of the monitoring terminal,overall designed the software of the monitoring terminal.On the basis of the key components of the cotton picker MRO monitoring terminal hardware design,the working principle of each module is analyzed and the related software design is carried out.In order to meet the needs of wireless communication between the monitoring terminal and the MRO data server,the communication protocol between the terminal and the server is established for the uploaded data type and data information type.4.Transplanting the MRO platform that was developed by Tsinghua University,and on the basic MRO platform puts forward the solution of the key components of the cotton picker MRO system.According to the solution,the key components of cotton picker MRO system is constructed.This research can alarm the faults in the operation of the key components of the domestic cotton picker in real time,and has an important significance in the key components of cotton picker operation,service,and maintenance activities from the traditional model to the information model. |
