Research On Memod Of Ecological Red Line Area Delineation In Hulunbeir Grassland

The ecological red line refers to the boundary line of the key ecological protection area, which has important strategic significance formational ecological security and sustainable development, it is not only the" bottom line" of the national or regional ecological security, but also the "baseline" of the important species resource to survive and develop. And we should manage and maintain the ecological red zone strictly to ensure the habitat environment and economic and social develop sustainably. According to the ecological red line connotation and the target of the ecological protection, The ecological red line delineated based on the importance of the ecological quality, the security of landscape pattern or the ecosystem vulnerability.On the basis of the theoretical basis and methods analysis, it is selected Hulunbeir as the research object, and it selected the sensitivity of land desertification and sand-fixing functional importance as the key indicators of the evaluation of the ecological protection importance, on this basis, it used the methods of the site reconnaissance, the field survey and the remote sensing information analysis, the ecological red line distribution ecological investigation and boundary verification, the boundary line of Hulunbeier grassland ecological sensitivity protection the red line and ecological service functions importance red line were extracted. It used the model of determining ecological red line to determine Hulunbeir grassland ecological red line, and combined the Hulunbeir grassland socio-economic and ecological environment conditions to put forward the appropriate ecological red line management measures.The total area of Hulunbeir grassland ecological red line is23396km2, accounting for31.0%of the total land area of Hulunbeir grassland. The ecological red zone which based on the sand-fixing function assessment saved relatively intact, its sand-fixing function is very important, and it should be implemented a strict ecological policies that prohibited all development activities detrimental to the ecosystem in the region. The ecological red zone which based on the land desertification susceptibility assessment had a strong desertification sensitivity, and it should take the actively control measures to change the existing land use patterns, to prohibit the various production and development activities. And it took the artificial restoration method to make the ecosystem in this region become stable and the ecosystem services were gradually restored.Compared with the other methods, the paper determined the Hulunbeir grassland ecological red line by choosing the key parameters of Hulunbeir grassland ecological red line and building the model that determined the ecological red line. It stressed the importance of the dominant ecosystem services, and reflected ecological sensitivity more accurately and objective, and interpreted the theory and connotation of the ecological red line comprehensively. It provided a scientific basis for Hulunbeir grassland ecological management, as well as a reference to other regions that zoned the ecological red line.
