Stimulation Technology of temporary plugging and acidization is a technology aimed at low porosity and low permeability heterogeneous reservoir. When entering the later stage of oilfield development, the phenomenon that production aquifer is flooding and low permeability reservoir with high oil saturation is out of use is widespread, which leads to add of development difficulty, and rapid increase of integrated water content. In response to these problems, this paper summes up the experience of predecessors, and studies the technology from the system to the performance in a more comprehensive way.Combining the theory and experiment, this paper detailedly analyses the physical properties and damage that drilling mud affects reservoir, and meanwhile evaluates the potential injury factors, injury degree and area of the oil reservoir.Then, combining the in depth study on the acid stimulation mechanism of heterogeneous sandstone reservoirs of the low porosity and the low permeability, proposes optimal solution of blocking removal, provides a theoretical basis for the scale of acidification.On the basis of this study, through a variety of test methods and evaluation tools, this paper makes an optimal choice to the acid type, the acid system and the diversion agent, also evaluates the performance and the acid blocking removal process and the effect of diversion agent. Finally analyzing and comparing the adjustment effect combining with practical production, provides the field data for the acid system, the technology and the program adjustment in turn.The results show that in order to meet the requirements of blocking agent of the acid blocking continuous cropping technique, through a series of experiments, an optional and inject-able temporary blocking agent ZDJ-1is developed, which has a distinguished blocking effect on the high permeability layer.
