Tahe Tahe Oilfield is one of the main oil regions in the development of carbonate reservoirs in China.The oil area has the characteristics of deep formation,high temperature and high pressure,serious heterogeneity of reservoir,collective development of seam tunnel and poor oily reservoir,and the practice of field production shows that whether it is new well or old well,only through acidizing or acid pressure modification technology can the goal of building production and increasing production capacity be realized.Acid pressure liquid takes precedence into natural cracks and old cracks in the implementation of repeated segmented acid pressure,can not press open new cracks,in order to improve the effect of repeated acid pressure transformation,often use temporary plugging agent to block natural cracks and old cracks.However,there are some shortcomings in the application of the temporary plugging agent,such as insufficient sealing pressure,high cost,easy settlement of the pumping process and damage to the stratum,in order to meet the needs of Tahe oilfield,it is necessary to optimize a comprehensive performance evaluation of an expansive biodegradable temporary plugging agent,and to study its temporary plugging law and application scheme.In view of these problems,the acid pressure temporary plugging agent and its application scheme are studied by laboratory experiment combined with numerical simulation method.Through the comparison and evaluation of the expansion performance and dissolution performance of three kinds of expansive temporary plugging agents in TP2026H?18A-191?XJ-TH,the XJ-TH as crack plugging agent was optimized,and the evaluation and composition analysis of XJ-TH acid-resistant and temperature-resistant salt resistance were carried out in combination with the stratigraphic and fluid characteristics of Tahe oilfield.Through the real Triaxial Rock Mechanics experiment Instrument,the natural core of 30cm×30cm×30cm in Tahe oilfield was tested by fracturing,and the sealing effect of different temporary plugging agent and under particle size was test,and then the temporary plugging displacement experiment of small core was carried out by using high temperature and high pressure reaction flow instrument,and the different particle size,addition quantity,carrying fluid system and Crack width and temperature and so on to study the temporary plugging law.Finally,the optimum design of acid pressure construction parameters is carried out by Fracpro-PT combined with the field geological fluid and other data,and the application of the temporary plugging agent is designed according to the experimental conclusion and the simulated crack results.The research results are applied in the field to achieve a better effect of increasing production.
