In this paper team learning will be looked as the input variable and team performance as the output variable to study the mediary role of shared mental model. Trying to explore if team innovative climate playing a regulatory role between shared mental model and team performance.This study is conducted at the team level.Then, an empirical study wim61R&D team form Shanghai, Beijing, Kunming, Wuhan and Henan is made to confirm the theory design and answer above questions. Using SPSS16.0statistic software to do some descriptive statistical analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis about the sample data.Some results are following:Team learning have a positive impact on team performance and shared mental model; Shared mental model have a positive impact on team performance;Shared mental model play a team part of the intermediary role on team learning and team performance; The Team innovative climate between shared mental models and team performance do not afford regulation.
