There is not a certain conclusion that how the Person-Group fit has influence on the performance. Because it exists two ways in the influence: the internal integration and decrease diversification. The shared mental model is also a very important factor influenced the team performance. The research field about the antecedent variables of shared mental models is mainly on four fields: the level of environment, the level of organization, the level of group and the level of individual. But the research about the group and individual's consistency is lack. The Person-Group value fit has influence on the team performance in task, and the influence may be restricted by the task feature. Therefore the current research study the effect from Person-Group value fit on the team performance in task, the effect between the Person-Group value fit and the team performance influenced by the shared mental models and the effect between the Person-Group value fit and the team performance influenced by the task feature. The current study use questionnaire survey to 306 people from different profession. At last, we test the relationship and effect on P-G value fit, shared mental models, task feature and team performance by the method of polynomial regression. The following conclusions have been drawn:(1) Team task model is mediator between P-G value fit and team performance.(2) Team interaction model is moderater between P-G value fit and team performance.(3) The task interdependence is moderater between P-G value fit and team performance.(4) The task complexity is moderater between P-G value fit and team performance.
