China lighting market has entered into new age of scientific research and technologydevelopment, industrial production and quality control system after30yearsdevelopment. Similarly in others’ industry, our lighting industry rushes out fake productand cross-territory product sales, that are becoming threats to consumers’ rights andinterests, a big barrier towards business market model further development. Somedealers are motivated by interests to do cross-territory business with lower sellingprices, ignoring the company dealer management policy, cause the bad influence, e.g.marketing price system are broken. To prevent and beat counterfeit product and controlcross-territory sales are the1stpriority for well-known enterprises survives anddevelops in current market.Modern merchandising theory requires taking consumer needs as first concern.Improving competition capacity and customer services satisfaction is the key task forthe enterprises’ management team has to take care. The competitive marketenvironment results in enterprises’ management model, the modern logistics’administration appears thereafter. We can see, an enterprise could lower the cost, raisethe efficiency&customer satisfaction if its sales logistics are managed effectively.Taking P Company as research object, research and explore P Company from threeaspects that are theory, diagnoses and strategy studying.Firstly, a quote the anti-fake product&control cross-territory sales are P companyissues. In order to make its proposal, with resort to sales logistics value chainmanagement, introduces the concept of logistics, and development, definition andfunction of sales logistics; Analyses the difference between sales logistics and otherlogistics; Expounds the fact that strategy and method of sales logistics, proposes thepurpose to sales logistics management is to improve level of customer service andreduce the logistics cost; Putting forward the issue of sales logistics’ content should beupdated with the new market environment development.Secondly, the thesis introduces the basic situation of P Company, and SWOTanalyses sales logistics management, proves it will be available to handle the anti-fakeand cross-territory sales via utilization the sales logistics theory and managementmethod, proposes the goal and principle of sales logistics management of P Company.Calculate and select the BEST from3proposals. Regarding the production managementmodel, stock business process, the3rdpart information platform design (data collectionand tracking system), make some improvement.Finally, appraises P Company anti-fake product&control cross-territory sales system.Owing to its’ performances can’t be shown just by Finance figure input-output ratio inpractice, with the help of the Balanced Scoreboard principle, the appraisal indicatorshould include customer services level, customer satisfactory index, internal procedure,organization learning&innovation capacity, and FA elements, all-sided review.
