Study On Collaborative Optimization Of Wengfu Group’s Sales Logistics System Under The Supply Chain

As the end of the enterprise logistics system, sales logistics is the key of the enterprises’ sale planning strategy, but it is also as a feedback for the entire supply chain. With the fierce competition between enterprises in supply chain, the optimization research around the optimization of the sales logistics system is gradually paid more attention to. While, as commodity demand uncertainty and competitors offered no difference, enterprises begin to realize supply chain management can not only reduce the cost, and should meet the needs of the customers. Collaborative supply chain is a key point to improve the overall competitiveness of the supply chain. Firstly, this paper describes the present situation of sales logistics and supply chain coordination, to point out the hotspot and deficiency both at home and abroad. Then introduces the concept of sales logistics and supply chain collaboration, and gives the definition of the related theoretical concepts. Through the field investigation of Wengfu group to analysis its profiles and related logistics situation. Combined with the actual situation of the exist ing sales logistics system in Wengfu group, three aspects of Wengfu Group: product mode of transport, transport routes and sales logistics information platform as the breakthrough point to solve the problem; Finally, introducting collaborative ideas and determinating the Wengfu group optimization solution: to carry out agricultural technology extension type of product support, transport North grain to the South and the logistics finance; intermodal transportation mode and route optimization.
