Based On Gis In The Low Hills Gentle Slope Construction Land Suitability Evaluation Research

With the continuous economic and social development of Yunnan Province, the demand for urban-rural construction land is always increasing, and then a large number of non-urban-rural construction lands will be converted to urban-rural construction lands. As a result, the contradiction between the supply and demand of land is more and more serious. Under that circumstance in China, cultivated land resources is very in short supply, especially, is strictly protected, so it is an inevitable choice of urban construction to exploit and use mild slope of low mountains and hills resource. However, the characteristics of mild slope of low mountains and hills resource such as the complexity of ecological environment and the high degree of sensitivity, etc, which determine that it is a limited choice to exploit and use mild slope of low mountains and hills resource. Based on it, it is necessary to introduce the mechanisms of construction land suitability evaluation and to determine the limiting factors of mild slope of low mountains and hills resource. Based on the above background, the article puts forward that to build the system of the construction land suitability evaluation of mild slope of low mountains and hills land, meanwhile studies the application level, to provide the technical basis and the necessary basis for the decision of the partition of the construction land suitability of mild slope of low mountains and hills.On basis of learning from and referring the construction Land Suitability Evaluation at home and abroad, the necessity, theoretical basis and evaluation of the construction land suitability evaluation of mild slope of low mountains and hills are discussed, and it is a key point to study the evaluation method and the building of the evaluation system. According to the special circumstances of mild slope of low mountains and hills resource, from the perspective of geological conditions, landform, hydrological conditions, ecological environment, human impact and other factors, selecting the impact evaluation factors and building the index system. The evaluation model decided by the static mathematical model method and the analysis evaluation method on basis of GIS technology are used to analyze the construction land of mild slope of low mountains and hills in Lufeng.The result of study indicated that:(1) The factors which influence the construction land suitability evaluation of mild slope of low mountains and hills are more complex and comprehensive;(2) GIS technology is an effective means to evaluate the suitability of urban construction land synthetically.(3)The choice of evaluation factors and deciding which methods to be used are, to a large extent, affected by the circumstance of collecting the materials.(4)According to the suitable class, the area which is evaluated can be divided into four classes, that is first-class suitability, second-class suitability, third-class suitability and unsuitability in Lufeng.
