Study On Low Hilly Land Use In Chongqing City

With the rapid development of economy and society, industrialization andurbanization process speed up, the phenomenon construction land occupation ofcultivated land is growing. The problem of "protect the cultivated land and thedevelopment" is increasingly serious. The mild slope of low mountains and hills is richin Chongqing city. The scientifically, effectively, the rational use of land resources inthe hilly slope can make land resources in the hilly slope can alleviate the increasinglyserious contradiction between supply and demand of land. Therefore, this paper carrieson systematic research on how to scientific and rational use of land resources in thelow hill gentle slope, the main contents include:(1) Analysis of the significance of hilly slope land development and utilization;(2) According to the present situation and the development trend of China’s landuse, learn from foreign advanced experience, put forward the basic theory for thedevelopment of land use;(3) Based on the characteristics of the low slope hilly land resource and the basictheory of the development of land use, analyze the overall requirement of thedevelopment and utilization for land resources in hilly slope requirements. Besides,discuss the mode of development and utilization of land resources in the low hill gentleslope;(4) Combine with the method of interior work for pre judgment and the fieldworks; investigate land resources in the low hill gentle slope. According to the relevantprinciples and evaluation steps, evaluate and analyze the land resources in the low hillgentle slope. In accordance with the evaluation results, scientifically, reasonably makeplanning of low hilly land resources development and utilization;(5) For empirical research. Through the system of three aspects gradually carryout the exploitation and utilization of land resources in Jiangjin of mild slope of lowmountains and hills:①survey area of low hilly land resources in Jiangjin, throughthe DEM digital elevation model and slope map overlay analysis, and draw the map ofthe distribution of land resources in the low hill gentle slope;②Establish theappropriate evaluation index system for agriculture, forestry and construction, Byusing the multi factor comprehensive model and Delphi evaluate low hilly area suitablefor the use of land in Jiangjin;③According to the results of evaluation, make the immediate plans for the development and utilization low hilly land resources ofJiangjin, and estimate the investment and benefit.
