Effectively control thefactors which influence the testing quality and their interaction relations, to meet the qualityrequirements of testing datas and results.Through this research, our country prefecture-level citie’s construction engineeringquality testing institutions need to identify their own position in the transition process, changetheir minds, improve the core competitiveness, and try to become the leader of the industry intheir region, to survive and develop in the fierce market competition.
