The Design And Implementation Of The Management System Of Soldiers’Personnel Information In Troops

The personnel information management is one of the most important sections in the troop management. With the modern information technology and according to the characteristics of personnel information management in troops, the management informationization of soldiers’ personnel information can not only provide the commanders the information more correctly, timely and effectively, but also make the efficiency of soldier namagement work much quicker. Currently, most of the work in the personnel information management is based on manual work which can not meet the need of the development of the troop informationilization any more. So we decide to develop an information management system to improve the working efficiency and implement the functions of information sharing and decision supporting.An information management system is designed according to the present situation of information management system and the need troops. Based on the contents and characteristics of information management in the troop, the developed system can provide us with comprehensive data and analysis result so as to improve the efficiency and correctness of information managing work, which could implement management informationization of soldier personnel information. In recent years, the development of the information management in the troop is rather fast and by far, the infrastructure of information management in the troop has already been completed. The networks of commanding automation, military training, political propaganda and security have played very important roles in the daily management of the troop. And there are also variaties of professional networks which are being constructed or have already been completed. However, there are also some sections in which the utilization of management information network is behind the network construction. So this paper takes the basic level of the troop as background, analyzes the problem in the information management and finnaly proposes to construct a new information management system based on the computer technology, network technology and database technology.Design ideologies, concrete techniques and applications are introduced, personnel information management system, which adopts the structure of C/S, combining with the specific circumstance of information construction in troops, especially the characteristics of high level of security in the troops. Design method is used to make the relationship of sections of the system. The developed envirenment Microsoft visusal Studio2005c#is used as the software language and Microsoft SQL Server2005is utilized for database. So the system can be implemented and maintened easily and it is convenient to use with a very easily understood GUI. There exists practical value in our system and it gives the learning of other systems of the same kind.
