Group Personnel Management Information System Design And Implementation

This thesis summarizes the current situation and development of information management systems in and abroad, analyzes the existing lacks and problems in current information management systems. The article takes Yili Group Co., Ltd. of Northeast China as the research object, dissects its personnel information management system needs on macro and micro level, and analyzes the technical feasibility of the current software and hardware environment.Based on that, the general aim of the Personnel Information Management System of Yili Group is set, and development tools and databases are selected to meed the demands of the Personnel Management Information System function, and information system and software testing program are designed.Firstly, this thesis analyzes the feasibility and the demand from aspects of technique, economy, law and operation, so that it enables the user to operate conveniently and directviewingly with flexibility, which truly promotes working efficiency and realizes centralized management.The thesis focuses on the design based on human resource management and realization process. The system uses the PB and the SQL server database software as a development platform. Taking C / S as the framework, the system makes full use of the network resource, reduces costs, and achieves important functions as fully revise and network queries through optimization to the system structure and database .Secondly, the aritical manages to conduct a comprehensive and detailed design work in personnel information management system design, including database design, the new attendance system input and output design, system information content estimation, system security design, system operation design, error handling design, maintenance, design and so on.Finally, the thesis designs relatively comprehensive testing program for information management system, which reduces the shortcomings of the system to ensure the system can be long-term stable...
