A SOA is a component model that inter-relates different functional units of anapplication, called services, through well-defined interfaces and contracts between theseservices. The interface is defined in a neutral manner that should be independent of thehardware platform, the operating system and the programming language the service isimplemented in. This allows services, built on a variety of such systems, to interact witheach other in a uniform and universal manner. SOA is based on a standard and looselycoupled service-oriented architecture.Hospital information systems will help optimize the clinic process, reduce patients’waiting time, introduce one-stop registration and simplified billing processes, introducefilmless/paperless capability, all leading to simplifying the clinic process.In this thesis,Using service oriented component model method. With the HISsystem of doctor to patient costs of treatment have been analyzed.in depth study of hospital cost process basis, using Microsoft WCF basedSOA.Net platform environment, HIS of costs processing problems are explored andinvestigated for non-reducible dielectrics.The main results are as follows:1,The patient treatment process and cost process of the hospital are studied indetail on the HIS system architecture and the effect of hospital information.2,The thesis analyzes the factors that affect the performances of database,andfinally explores the methods of database optimization with Accounting system.3,Using Microsoft.NET WCF,Doctor realize patient cost real time calculation andexpense deduction.
