Laiwu City Laicheng District People’s Hospital has been using the traditional artificial way to manage the project, which has many shortcomings such as low efficiency, poor reliability, error-prone and so on. After the rising of information technology management, Laicheng District People’s Hospital keeps up with the trend of era, carries out transformation of information to the hospital project accounting analysis business, and uses computer to complete the accounting and analysis of project data. Establishing a good project accounting analysis system can provide good management methods and simple operation for the hospital, which is a great significant progress in terms of the project management work of a hospital and this will become the indispensable part of a hospital.This paper, firstly, gives requirements research to the Laicheng District People’s Hospital, details the workflows of the hospital project management. The system uses J2EE layered architecture, including the presentation layer, business logic layer, and data model layer. MVC three-layer system introduces business rules. The operations of data access, etc. are placed in the middle layer, the client-side does not directly interact to the database, but establishes a connection through the controller and the middle layer, then uses the SSH framework to implement the system by the middle tier interacting to the database. The database uses a MySQL database to store data. The paper designs the various subsystems with the class diagram and timing diagram. Finally, the paper gives the implementation of various functional modules and shows the part of the code.The system realizes the data acquisition, project cost collection, project cost accounting, project cost analysis, data maintenance, which meets the functional demands of the Laicheng District People’s Hospital, improves the hospital management level, improves the working efficiency, provides convenient to the project accounting and analysis, reduces the labor intensity of the project management staff, and reduces the consumption of resources. The system also has a good interface design style, which promotes the image of the hospital.Nowadays, the system has been put into application, and the operation can basically meet the needs of users. The hospital information construction is a system engineering, and it effects on the aspects of improving hospital process, sharing medical resources, improving work efficiency, promoting the hospital medical service innovation, and improving the regional radial force and influence still need us to do further exploration and research.
