Currently, medical and health have someproblems. First, the medical institution of internal information level is on the high side,but the coordination among the institutions is not enough good, and lack of the overalldesign concept. These problem lead to the poor information sharing, and appear"information chimney","information island" phenomenon; Second, overallinformationization level is low in china. It needs be improved. Third, at present, thestatistical report data is in a lack of unified standard, so the generated data exist a bigreiteration, and even appear data distortion. In this paper, based on the medical andhealth condition and the information technology development level, the author putsforward to build a Fujian province medical and health information network managementsystem. The system depends on the advanced Internet network platform, employs B/S(Browser/Server) structure, and use J2EE (including EJB) standard. Because the systemmust deal with a large amount of data, and statistical index characteristics often chage,the system adopts flexible ways to build the form.The successful design of the system provides a platform for real-time, preciselyand efficiently computing medical and health information and building a completehealth information database, and realizes the resource sharing. What’s more, the systemcan provide technical support for government decision-making, the macroeconomicregulation.
