Modern social networks and information developed, management style from the original local management, management personnel in the management of objects next to or near into the remote management. Management style becomes an increasingly networked, digital,informationalization,automation. The remote management also from originally of simple management become more complicated, visual management is one of the model.Modern coal mining to transport need from all kinds of mechanical equipment, equipment types miscellaneous, number, wide distribution. The management and maintenance of the equipment to bring all kinds of inconvenience, not only caused a lot of human waste of resources, also can’t achieve management unified management and allocation of resources, real time control effect. Once a major incident, not timely processing of resources, cause needless loss. So how to manage these equipment, let it is convenient and effective managers that is at the same time, high efficient and regulation of the need to understand the equipment, let equipment more effective, save manpower and material resources, is facing the coal industry, an important research subject.By Shanxi Lu’an Environmental Energy companies ChangCun Coal Mine entrusted the management status for the regular village coal mine electrical and mechanical equipment, integrated application of Jsp technology, the use of B/S mode, using struts and hibernate framework, combined with a GIS map development tools, the development of a GIS-basedsophisticated management system for electrical and mechanical equipment, the main contents are as follows:(1) optimization of a coal mine electrical and mechanical equipment management model;(2) equipment-dimensional inspection office automation;(3) a coal mine electrical and mechanical equipment point inspection functions;(4) Design GIS map mode.The system realizes the coal mine electrical and mechanical equipment from the planned procurement-storage-recipients-the library-point inspection-recovery (repair/assigned)-scrapped the whole process of management. GIS map data sharing mine electromechanical device information database, and database data processing and control the map display, dynamic map and static map data combined with the new storage method to generate the map, the map to facilitate the management, controlled performance greatly improved. The entire system has important practical significance to the overall improvement of the utilization of coal mine electrical and mechanical equipment management level and equipment.
