With the rapid development of science and technology, the mechanization degree of coalenterprises continuously improve, the normal operation of equipment is an importantguarantee for coal enterprises. However, most of our coal enterprises still use the traditionalextensive mode of equipment management, Large amount of equipment information cannotbe shared in time, it is difficult to grasp the operation status of equipment, which seriouslyimpact on production of coal enterprises. Establishing a scientific and perfect coal mineequipment management system, carrying out informatization construction for equipmentmanagement, giving full play to the coal mine equipment assets for maximum benefit, is animportant research topic facing modern coal industry. according to the characteristics of coalmine enterprises in China and the equipment Spot-inspection management theory,combiningwith the concept, structure and basic principle of information system development, designedand developmented of fully mechanized mining equipment management information systemfor fully mechanized coal mining equipment based on Web.Papers start from the in-depth understanding of the organizational structure of coalenterprises, fully mechanized mining equipment management business process etc, and thenestablished the model of fully mechanized coal mining equipment. analyzed the functionalrequirements of the system, drawn the system function structure diagram, flow chart of thebusiness, information interaction model. Designed the system database and established therelation data model diagram. Through analysing of the general architecture of the equipmentmanagement system, this paper adopted three layers of Web application architecture basedon.NET, the browser/server (B/S) mode. Then, introduced the system support environment,development platform, implementation method and effect of main function, introduced theimplementation process of the typical functions of the system through the interface and the corresponding code. Making sure the equipment management more standardized and ensuringthe reliability and safety of fully-mechanized coal mining equipment.
