The system is including three parts: the signal collection anddebugging, time-frequency analysis of the treatment part, data storage managementpart.This paper introduces the basic concept of acoustic, signal characteristics areanalyzed, using the basic principle of noise signal transmission and signal collectionand analysis principle, only for daily life household appliances making noise, withinstruments calibration or assessment for the purpose, according to relevant acousticmeasurement specifications and corresponding national and industry standards, andestablish test system, including the choice of test on the environment, test software andhardware configuration, testers ability training, and data analysis system establishmentand selection, through to the specific products than test, through to the test ofuncertainty of the value of the evaluation, get convincing accurate results.
