Research On Collaborative Distribution System And Its Appliction For A Small Household Appliances Manufacturer In Yongkang, Zhejiang

Sales models of domestic small household appliances manufacturer are mainly in distribution model. But with the business growth, the distribution network become massive and the traditional distribution model can not satisfy the great information exchange between customers, distributors, offices and enterprises. It is very difficult for enterprises to effectively control the market and uniformly dispatch products for sale in the market, which results in exponentially increasing product cost of sales. Meanwhile, the market issues, for instance, the distributors sell products beyond agreed areas, can not be retroactive, resulting in an increasingly chaotic market, and distributors'lost of sales confidence.As for the difficulties encountered in distribution network and matters on distribution network faced by small home appliances manufacturing enterprises, we study the collaborative commerce, sales management theory and the characteristics of such enterprises, then put forward the idea of collaborative distribution, combine with Web services to build the entire architecture of collaborative distribution system for a small appliances manufacturer, make an in-depth analysis of requirements from small home appliances manufacturer, design various functional modules in collaborative distribution systems, combine with role-based access control management, study and apply evaluation of the third part logistics to choose models, and ultimately, the small home appliances manufacturer collaborative distribution system is realized.Chapter one, analyzing particularities of a small home appliances manufacturer distribution network, aiming at its problems during the sales process, combining with collaborative commerce, and sales management theory to present solutions for enterprise distribution of collaborative distribution system. Meanwhile, we have studied the status of collaborative commerce's applications and technologies in the manufacturing industry both at home and abroad.Chapter two, studying on the part of the main technical issues realized in the system, namely, the framework of the collborative distribution system, access control issues, evaluation and choice of TPL. In the aspect of system architecture, this paper presents service-oriented collaborative distribution system architecture and an architecture model SOTF, and makes a detailed description. In the aspect of access control, this paper studied the role-based access control technology, and the application in a small home appliances manufacturer. As for evaluation and choice of TPL, this paper presents an improved fuzzy AHP model and an illustration of the model examples, and finally, comes true in this distribution system designed in this paper.Chapter three, subjecting the company of the project, a small home appliances manufacturer in Yongkang, Zhejiang, researching on the enterprise informationazation status, especially on its distribution network. Considering the status of the company in conjunction with the analysis of architecture which researched in chapter two, get the solution of overall collaborative distribution system, as well as analysis and design the each module of internal and external sub-systems, while design the internal and external interface and the database of collaborative distribution system.Chapter four, descripting in detail the key components of the system, including the integra -tion of two subsystems within the system, and the implementation of rights management, order management, transportation management, fulfill order online and evaluation of TPL and so on.Chapter five, summarizing this paper and making further prospects for the future.
