| People can’t live without Internet in today’s information age. Internet brings us not only the convenience of achieving information, but also the reform to People’s traditional lift style. A serial of terms show that Internet has penetrated into all aspects of people’s lives such as online shopping, Internet Ticketing, Internet stock trading, television network and online medical. And then a kind of new business model appears. It is electric commerce (E-Commerce). E-Commerce implements various business activities based on the Internet. It is the prerequisite to build E-Commerce website for conducting business activities via Internet. Research of E-Commerce website development has a very important practical significance in such a realistic environment.This dissertation describes the design and implementation of online shopping website according to the theory and method of software engineering. Online shopping website is one of the most representative E-Commerce website. The overall architecture for this system is3-tie’ s B/S structure. The design pattern follows the MVC idea. The development framework which is used is Strutsl because Struts supports the MVC very well. Firstly the requirement analysis was done and the result is the function requirements clearly. The function requirements are divided into two sections, one is the customer function requirements, and the other is the administrators function requirement. Secondly, the summary design was finished. In this step, the system modules are divided and the database structure is determined too. The customer sub-system includes login®ister, browser&search product, shopping cart management and leaving message etc. modules; the administrator sub-system includes login, product category management, product management, order management, processing message etc. modules. Thirdly the detailed design was conducted and the MVC component for every module is achieved. Finally, the deployment and running screenshots of this system are introduced. |
