Through deep survey on market and feedback from existing systems, the thesis strengthens system’s security and plans the basic system and branch structure, then define the detailed functions and developping directions. Second, the thesis demonstrates the specific steps to implement this system, and introduces some basic features of C#. In addition, the functions of every part of this system and the design processes are introduced in detail. Finally, the thesis focuses on data security to guarantee the intended security. In conclusion, the system, which takes C#as the main tool and bases on the SQL Server database, will undoubtedly cut down the system cost and shows great significant on operation management with practical values.
