With the U.S. financial crisis and debt crisis in Europe broke out, its impact has spread to various countries and regions around the world. As an export-processing industry, China’s toy industry is also facing a strong influence. Not only is the overall market environment not as well as the past, but also the competition within the industry increasingly fierce.Various enterprises in the toy industry willing to survive in the face of adversity, and development need to improve their industrial structure, efficiency and reduce costs. Enterprises in all aspects of the toy supply chain environment have a considerable portion of the cost of waste from warehousing and logistics costs caused by poor flow of information within the toy supply chain. For the typical toy supply chain issues, a toy supply chain storage information management system platform based on SOA is put forward in this paper. The system can effectively alleviate the poor flow of information, reducing the logistics costs of the supply chain enterprises.This paper first analyzes the status of the toy supply chain, proposing the bullwhip effect caused by the poor flow of information as the main problem and problem-oriented bringing framework of SOA systems to address the ideas. Under the guidance of this idea, the paper then research and analysis the needs of users of the SOA system, and design the overall system architecture and functional modules and the detailed planning and involved for the system database functions. Then, for the system design, development of the system is done. This paper discusses the overall environment of the development and operation of the system, and raises the key issues and solutions in the development process. Finally a prototype system is developed, and in the end of paper demonstration of the function and operation is shown. This system achieves integration and management of the storage information in toy supply chain to meet the information needs of the various aspects of the enterprise.
