In the competitive, cooperative and dynamic market , logistics information system(LIS) has become not only effective tools to enterprise logistics managenment, but also efficient means by which enterprises have gained their competition advantages. However, Most LIS are function - oriented and are spreaded into different departments so that it's difficult to meet the requirement of the contemporary logistics. To resolve this problem, LIS should orient the integrated supply chain logistics so the proper paper puts forward the theory of supply chain logistics information system(SPLIS), which means the logistics information system based on supply chain.In this paper, the author analyzed the relationship between logistics and supply chain as well as the relationship between information system and logistics and later on explored the information flow operational mode in LIS and SCM's developing mode. Based on this study , the author defined the SPLIS and drew the conclusion that SPLIS should adjust itself to supply chain logistics dynamic alliance. In order to give a detailed explenation of supply chain logistics information system, the paper introduced the multi-agent system(MAS) theory. After demonstrating the multi-agent theory, discussed the cooperation and coordination in MAS. Then based on the comparability between SCLIS and MAS, the author put forward the SCLIS three-layer framework based on MAS. In the platform layer of the SCLISthree-layer framework, designed the function module——the cooperation andcoordination center, which process the issues correlated with dynamic cooperative-coodinative alliance in SCLIS. About dynamic cooperative-coodinative alliance in SCLIS, the author gives the the formulized descriptions, correlated symbol assumption, communication primitives. And then with the help of the former descriptions , the author brought forward the algorithms of forming the dynamic cooperative-coodinative alliance. To others function modules in the platform layer of the SCLIS three-layer framework, presented the frameworks of the order manangent agent, transportation managenment agent, inventory management agent and distribution management agent. Then , through the specialized simulation by the tools of Massyue Multiagent Kit ,the algorithms is validated, butthere are a few questions that should be resolved as possible as early.one is distributed and the other is the quantity controlling of dynamic enterprises. Finally,the author gives many conclusions about SCLIS.especially a few innovations: the conception of supply chain logistics and supply chain logistics information system,the research of SCLIS using MAS theory , the SCLIS three-layer framework based on MAS and the algorithms of forming the dynamic cooperative-coodinative alliance in SCLIS.Wish this dissertation can contribute to the building of the LIS and benefit logistics.
