As the most complex and crucial part of the steel production, the system before ironmaking, which is the system to make a series of measurement and information processing for the raw material purchase, storage, processing, transportation and other links around the blast furnace production, is a favorable mean to further develop the enterprise potential and to promote the measurement system informatization. In addition, it could reduce the cost of the part before ironmaking and be the important support which is indispensable of the enterprise.Currently there are many problems, first of all, without the automatic data collection and management in some of the key monitoring points, the material data is so complex that bring about heavy work, high error rate and low data quality in the way of manual data entry, and the system run in a low efficiency without real-time. Secondly, the metering information of production-sales-stock do not implement the dynamic management and difference contrast. Besides, in the case of some warehouse are not in management, import and export data does not correspond in time and so on. According to these current problems, the article optimizes the system base on the existing hardware of Jinan Iron and Steel Group.As the existing Quantum PLC in Jinan Iron and Steel Group use MODBUS/TCP ethernet communication agreement, this article implement the communication and data sharing and computing between PLC and ingredients manage computer by write the code of MODBUS/TCP communication interface. Moreover, because of AB Control Logix5000PLC and SUPCON JX-300X DCS support the OPC communication protocol, the article implement the communication and data sharing between the station which afford the OPC Server and ingredients manage computer by write the code of OPC communication interface. Then combined with the theory and practice, the article achieve some functions with C++based on Microsoft Visual Studio2010such as upload data to remote database at fixed point in time, inquiry and statistics the date of ingredients, data clearing and reports, and inventory management.Finally, the research and development, as well as the following improvement of this paper is summarized.
