The rapid economic development is accompanied by a huge energy consumption The accurate and effective construction energy data can effectively supervise the unreasonable energy consumption items.The existing monitoring system also has the problems that the acquired energy consumption data is not accurate,the data effective transmission distance is too short,the network arrangement of the collector node is complex,and the collector can not operate wellIn view of the above problems,this paper designs and implements a complete set of solutions.In the aspect of hardware,considering the system stability and function expansibility,The SAM9X25 main controller under the ARM9 is designed considering many factors such as the memory capacity,resource allocation,power consumption and stability of the main control chip.Typical RS-48 for Data Acquisition Module 5-bus and CJ-188 circuits;the data storage section needs to consider the data to be uploaded and to be uploaded during the data acquisition process.In addition,the storage of the operating system and the application is also a part that must be taken into account.Therefore.In the software aspect,Linux is used as the carrier to realize the multi-process programming of data collection,storage and data transmission.In this paper,we support the two bus protocols of Modbus and M-Bus.In this paper,we use the SQLite database as the data management and storage.In this paper,the connection-oriented TCP/IP protocol is used to complete the network transmission of the whole designThe main innovation points of this paper are as follows:based on the design of the core board of SAM9X25 and the hardware platform which supports the various technology protocols of the ModBus and the M-Bus,the platform can collect the data more accurately and greatly increase the transmission distance of the conventional energy consumption collector.By adopting the Eclipse development platform,the simulation data center station is designed and implemented,and the encryption remote function of the energy consumption data is realizedThe downlink channel of the building energy consumption real-time data acquisition system in this paper supports a variety of bus interfaces and protocols,the uplink channel can carry on the multi-channel network data transmission at the same time,uses the commonly used operating system,can better adapt to all kinds of systems,has the better expansibility.The system has been verified by practice,the results show that the system can accurately obtain the meter data under the working condition of the combination of software and hardware,and can store the table data and data,and can also upload the collected data remotely,which meets the requirements and conditions of practical application.
