With the fast development of smart grid, electric power communication network is one of the most important platforms for safe and steady operation of power system. So the survivability of power transmission network is given more and more attention. As the next generation of power transmission network, the survival strategy of ASON is the research focus. This paper analyzes the current development of business and the situation of construction in electric power communication network.Based on the research on survival route of ASON, two routing algorithms on different conditional constraint is proposed. The first LBA-OSPF algorithm is based on resource optimization. links values can be dynamically adjusted according to average load to keep the load in balance. In the other SCFP algorithm, conditional Failure Probability is produced, and the concept of conditional probability is provided from reliability probability that user requires. SCFP algorithm can effectively reduce the Blocking probability, fitting for Differentiated reliability in power communication network. Simulation results show that the two algorithms above can still keep a high resource utilization rate when there are some conditional constraints, and can satisfy the businesses requirements of power communication in the future.
