In the mobile communications industry, the Base Station daily inspection is one of the major maintenance work, directly related to the mobile communication network operation quality of enterprises, while the Base Station inspection is the inspection of quality management personnel and equipment to implement quantitative and dynamic management, inspection station automation and production departments can enhance scientific and information management. The traditional inspection systems rely on the inspection of special equipment to set goals and objectives and the use of center to pass the scene to establish the transmission signal and test results, construction and maintenance costs higher. By implementing this system, combined with GPS, Intelligent Terminals in the inspection data recorded during monitoring of the maintenance, assessment and quantification to achieve the routine maintenance work management, information technology, but also to strengthen the management of scientific and convenience. The inspection system in power systems, equipment inspection management, communications line supervision, equipment inspection, railway safety inspections and other fields can have widely significant.This paper is based on the mobile communication Base Station and line inspection’s characteristics, ways and means for inspection study. Aimed to combine Android smart phones, GPS, GPRS, Web Service and Google Earth and other base station inspection methods, to acheive overall framework of the system, hardware and software architecture, network topology in the inspection process requirements were analyzed, and the formation of a relational database design, and systems involved in the mobile terminal’s GPS location technology, Android smart phone with a Web Service for data exchange, the formation of longitude and latitude data and map files in Google Earth show and other key technologies to achieve, and the key technologies and processes for the design and implementation of the code.Intelligent Maintenance System combine Android smart phones, GPRS, GPS and other technologies to maintain an effective solution to the base station inspection by the high cost of data transmission problems, while intelligent mobile terminals via GPRS transmission technology with a combination to achieve the right inspection of real-time monitoring station, in Google Earth to show the increase of track maintenance and monitoring of base station visualization. This paper presents a system architecture based on SOA, Web Service to provide services using the model of server-side design, provides other terminal a standard interface to access and improve the system’s reusability and extensibility.Through the design and implementation of this system can effectively improve the efficiency of the inspection station, and on the android platform development can reduce the cost of intelligent terminal access, and SOA-based design is to enhance the system reusability and extensibility nature of research work.in the final content of this summary, future research directions, such as positioning technology, the development of intelligent terminals for the prospect is described.
