Investigation On Physical And Mental Health Status Of The Prison Police In Rural Areas Of Anhui Province

In recent years, since the prison police overwork death, depression, and many other unnatural deaths reported very much, and the physical and mental health problem of the prison policemen at the grass-roots level has caused the provincial justice system wide attention of leaders at all levels and people of insight from all walks of life, the research articles research articles the issues are many, but there are less detailed investigation and study to the countryside of prison police. The author who work in the grass-roots in some village in Anhui province prison, have a more profound understanding to prison in rural areas. To this end, based on careful investigation of prison police’s physical and mental health status, sociology, psychology and social work discipline knowledge, the author do scientific analysis and demonstration about prison police’s physical and mental health problems in rural areas, the resulting damage, the need of prison policemen and causes.First, this report derived in the form of two classic case of the research background, emphasizes the significance of the research on the investigation of theoretical perspectives has also carried on the related account;Second, under the current background, the concrete object of the investigation and study of specific methods to introduce related;Third, this report which present in the form of charts and data show details of the current state of the rural prison police’s physical and mental health, and on this basis may cause a series of harmful things;Fourth, from the humanism principle, combining with Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory to analyze the current rural prison policemen physiological, safety, belonging and love, respect and self-realization needs to deeply analyze the rural prison police who face many dilemmas;Fifth, the effect factors of rural prison police’s physical and mental health were analyzed, a wide-angled concluded:lead to rural prison police’s physical and mental health problems of reason is various, both the police individual factors, also have prison factors of family, and peer groups and even the whole society.Finally, on the basis of the classified analysis of reasons, from individual, unit, society aspects, combined with case study, group social work and community work methods, the author puts forward a series of the specific countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problem.This study adopted data by rural prison police’s physical and mental health status which is through the design details of the questionnaire, using random sampling method to determine a part of the grass-roots police prison in Anhui province as the research object. And gradually to police work units or families of sampling questionnaire and face-to-face interview, finally finishing the questionnaire data and the literature theory of information collection for rural prison police’s physical and mental health status and analyzed in detail, and finally the author put forward the feasible suggestion for various kinds of need and troubles of Anhui rural prison policemen.
