A Study On Social Work Intervention In Social Idle Youth Career Planning

Under the guidance of Parsons' s theory of characteristic factors,the research employs qualitative and quantitative research methods,and the research group is involved in the career planning of the idle youth.Most of the idle youth in society are engaged in precarious work.The lack of employment skills,social discrimination,and a lack of social resources put them in a state of incompetence and negativity,so they want more help from the social system,which has the strongest need for employment.At present,the social work intervention research on the social idle teenagers mainly focuses on the community management and the countermeasure suggestion,the lack of attention and action to the professional planning service of the idle youth in the society.In this context,the author through the early assessment,found that the social idle adolescents in the career planning ability has a lack of self-understanding,unclear career goals,and no long-term career planning.Through the work of the design and implementation group,the author explores three aspects of the self-understanding,professional cognition and career direction of the idle youth.To raise the awareness of self and occupation of the idle youth,raise their consciousness and ability of career planning,and explore the goal of the group work in the social idle youth service mode.Finally,based on the experience of practice research,the whole process of combing the research is analyzed,and the corresponding reflection and suggestions are put forward.Through an assessment of the effectiveness of the service,the team members are able to enhance their knowledge of themselves in terms of their temperament type,professional values,and professional abilities;and through career surveys,understand your ideal career skills and prospects for development;finally work out a career development plan.To raise the awareness of staff career planning,the relative clarity of their career goals and direction.However,there are some problems in the process of service,mainly the activity design is not personalized,the timing is not reasonable,etc.This study has been introduced into the career planning of the idle teenagers in the society and has been effective,which shows the feasibility and effectiveness of social work intervention in the social idle youth career planning,it is of positive significance to the practical research of promoting the work of the group to the idle teenagers in the society.
