Four rhythm as backbone of huangdi neijing, repeated proof by dirty air, pulse gas when when when, qi and blood and the disease such as heaven corresponding ideological core of timeliness of life rhythm.With the development of chronobiological medicine, modern medicine also gradually realize that the human body is closely related to nature, human physiology, pathology is closely by time order under the control of the natural environment influence. This study aims to explore the rhythm, the human physiological index for traditional Chinese medicine meet the body’s physiological basis; Based on the research of the time rhythm in order to excavate and deepen the traditional Chinese medicine, modern research and development for the basic theory of TCM and provide research basis; Through the study of time rhythm, seek the common Chinese and western medicine, is combined Chinese and western medicine, traditional Chinese and western huitong, provide new ideas and methods. By discussing seasons, the moon, the climate change impact on blood sugar, blood fat and so on human physiology index, deepen to the understanding of the physiological regularity of human body blood sugar, blood fat, For related disease prevention, diagnosis and treatment to provide new ideas.2Methods:2.1The research object:Select xiangyang district on August7,2011to September23,2012,1206cases of physiological index of natural check-up crowd. Women are no such trend.3.2Blood glucose and total cholesterol, triglyceride, low density lipoprotein cholesterol (hdl-c), total cholesterol and triglycerides, high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (hd1-c), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (1d1-c), triglycerides and low density lipoprotein cholesterol (1d1-c), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (hd1-c) and low density lipoprotein cholesterol (hd1-c), there were positive correlation. High density lipoprotein and triglyceride negative correlation.Between glucose and HDL interactional relationship has not been found.3.3Blood glucose, total cholesterol, high in spring and fall on the low side of the trend. Tr iglycer ide is the vernal equinox, beginning of autumn and autumnal equinox season2is on the high side, low in winter and summer in the spring of double peak and double slack trend of fluctuations.High-density lipoproteincholesterol (hd1-c), lowdensity lipoprotein cholesterol (hd1-c) found no seasonal trend of f luctuat ions.3.4Blood glucose、total cholesterol had a negative linear relationship with the temperature. Tr iglycer ides and day temperatures were positively to the linear relationship. Found no high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(hd1-c), low density lipoprotein changes with the temperature fluctuations on the day.3.5Not found the physiological data influenced by weather condition. And cloudy conditions being equal, the throttle set between physiological index volatility is more apparent.3.6Blood glucose、total cholesterol levels when better to the first quarter moon and full moon to the last quarter moon is low, in the last quarter to grey and waxing moon to full moon is higher. Triglyceride levels high when better to the first quarter moon and full moon to the last quarter, at last quarter to grey and is low when the waxing moon to full moon4. Conclusion:Human body physiological index and season, weather, phases of the moon there are correlations to a certain extent, human body physiology index will be as the change of season, weather, and the phases of the moon, in a certain degree of volatility. Hints at the same time, the human physiological index volatility, affected by various human physiological homeostatic balance, there are various mechanisms.
