Objective:to study the obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrom (OSAHS) amalgamating hypertension patients and with blood glucose, blood fat relevance. Methods:we retrospectively collected PSG diagnosis exclude OSAHS (obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrom) patients 120 patients (including healthy controls 60 cases, hypertension patients diagnosed with 60 cases), OSAHS 120 cases (pure OSAHS patients 60 cases, combined with hypertension 60 cases) patients serum fasting blood glucose, glycated hemoglobin, triglycerides (TG), total cholesterol (TC), high-density lipoprotein (HDL), low-density lipoprotein (LDL) and apnea hypoventilation index (AHI), lowest blood oxygen saturation (LSO2), average blood oxygen saturation (BSO2), this paper discusses the monitoring results of each index and OSAHS of relevancy. Results:the results of variance analysis shows OSAHS amalgamating hypertension patients the above indexes and pure OSAHS group of patients with hypertension group and control group, significant differences, linear correlation analysis showed that the L SaO2, MSaO2 with A HI A negative correlation (r respectively-0-0. J 710,56, P< 0.01). OSAHS patients serum fasting blood glucose, glycated hemoglobin and TG, the TC, positively correlated with AHI LDL (r= 0.123,0.310,0.521,0.698,0.799, P< 0.05 or P < 0.01), HDL negatively correlated with AHI (r respectively-0.652, P< 0.01).Conclusion:fasting blood glucose, glycated hemoglobin and TG, the TC, LDL level and AHI related; OSAHS can affect patients sugar metabolisms, causing glycated hemoglobin increased, indicating diabetes and capillary pathological changes happening disorderly, and related hypertension blood lipid leels, blood lipid leels OSAHS patients, both OSAHS amalgamating hypertension patients compared, lipid leels than healthy controls and respectively with two disease one level to high, visible OSAHS can affect patients lipid levels, and promote the occurrence of hypertension.
